MEMBERSHIP CLOSED

Locking the posts for now. Also I'm not accepting new memberships anymore. Though I might still give consideration to those LJ name I know. Sorry for those Latina fans who are applying, and those who are using FB/Twitter or other accounts that aren't LJ. It's b better this than mass delete everyone and make you re-apply again. That's too harsh, really.

I'm going to think about what I should do about this. For now, let's all be careful. Keep an eye on those people who posts things in FB or wherever.

Probably the best way.
Are you going to lock all posts? If so, you should consider doing the same for DW. I send you a pm about how to edit the imported entries.

I feel for you because I was like that as well . Now I only share material privately with people I know because you do not know where your stuff ends up online if you post so publicly

Some take your kindness for granted and this's unfortunately the last resort you have to take

Just wanted to say that sometimes it takes a brave soul to go with a more practical (even if less popular) choice, so kudos to Jade for this. Thank you for giving it so much thought; I can only wish that those troublemakers be more thoughtful too. I'm saddened you had to go through such an ordeal, but my heartfelt thanks for your efforts and immense thanks for what you've provided to us Arashians, especially if I haven't recently expressed my gratitude. Let's bring about a change for the better one step at a time. Fighto-oh!

Don't worry, we fully understand especially with everything happening with FB :(.
It's such a sad fact to know how people can be so selfish :(

This is a totally understandable decision considering what happened on FB. I really wish people would think before sharing other people's files so publicly.

I'm really sorry you have faced this dilemma and I'm saddened to think there are still those who take advantage. I think you have made the right decision and let's hope it deters people from making careless choices in future. I totally agree with your decision. I came home from work today, and the LINE group was going crazy about this! It took me ages to read the whole story, but basically my words can only be WTF??

Reading all the comments, I hope you realise that the majority of us, have your back! We will support you 100%!

That's horrible. Arashigoodies was the first community when I first got into Arashi fandom and didn't even know how to use LJ so I always feel thankful to you. I understand your decision! Don't let them bother you!

We really understand and thank you for not delete mass of us. Hope there is no ruler breakers anymore.

I am so sorry you've had to deal with this s**t. Thank you so much for your ongoing contributions to the fandom, and for not deleting everyone's membership. It can't be easy having to make decisions like this and it annoys me that some fans are so inconsiderate and risk ruining things for everyone else.

Hi, I saw the reports and this is a good decision. I didn't know the pages so it was surprising to see that they pasted everything and broke the rules. I hope this should be an eye-opener and I'll keep my eyes open too if I saw these shenanigans on fb.

Feel so sorry about that. So much community have to close just because of rulebreakers and I'm so sad about that. I know this is the hard decision but I think this is the best thing you could do. Hope these thing don't happen again.
