See, very simple. I don't need you to sign over your first born or your liver to be a member of this community. Just head on to the Introduction post, say whatever you want to say there, and hit the join button.  I don't even need you to state rules or whatever because hey, the very reason this community was created was to share Arashi stuffs. But a simple courtesy is greatly appreciated, just so you know ^^
